Job Title: Customer Service Agent

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
• Follow communication guidelines and company policies
• Meet performance targets (quality, response time, call handling, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Punjabi
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
• Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
